    The Rockets are airing a documentary on coach Stephen Silas called "Ready to Lead" tonight at 7:00pm Central.



    If you want to interact with Silas himself, he will be joining the chatbox on YouTube at 6:30PM to answer any questions you have.

    I'm watching it right now in a sneak peek and it's very informative. You learn a lot about Silas and how he got here -- several things I did not know with great footage. Highly recommend it.

    It's not playing in the Houston area anymore, only in the Sacramento and Minnesota areas.

    I like coach. I really hope he learned a lot from his first year of being a coach. I saw some promising stuff when his system was being ran correctly, the problem was that he seemed to be okay with John Wall doing whatever he wanted and that he wanted to turn Harden into an off the ball player.

    I want him to let us know how he plans to play KPJ and the rookies plus Wood/ Theis. A hint about the mental state of the players with the Simmons rumors is important too.
