    If you are going to punt accept the penalty and get another shot at getting a first down and if you don’t get it you can still punt culley

    Only justification was to go for it on 4th and 1. But no, he was coaching scared, and hoped to pin them. Now the Browns get it on the 20. o_O

    Yeah, I missed the penalty dumbassery. Declining a penalty to punt on 4th and 1 is the most idiotic coaching move I've seen since BoB was fired.

    The only reason taking the gain would make sense is if they planned on going for it on 4th and 2.

    To take the gain only to punt it makes ZERO sense.
