As long as they weren't using electronics or binoculars or something of the sort, why is it cheating? It's perfectly OK for a player or team to recognize a pitcher's 'tells' and use them.

I think MLB Fans are slowly understanding that MLB is based on cheating. The Astros are not the only team, The 2 Big Market MLB teams cheat the most are The Yankees and Dodgers. Red Sox got scapegoated but not as severe, rehired Alex Cora, SMH. MLB tried to destroy the Astros it didn't work. AJ Hinch, Jeff Luhnow were released. Astros lost Draft Picks The Astros Players and Front Office and Owner all are motivated to win a Championship.
The concessions the Astros made to MLB leave me with a feeling of rooting for Benedict Arnold. But I do. That's a confession, not a point of PRIDE.

They do have the texts that say rough sex is consensual. Question was can you consent to what amounts to a felony beating?
You seem certain this beating took place as she alleges. Were you there? We've seen pictures. They are horrible. We've seen texts where Bauer apologizes. But that does not prove their encounter caused what you see in the photos. And that doesn't prove Bauer was admitting to the damage in those photos. She didn't send Bauer those photos, did she? The woman also alleges she was sodomized without consent while unconscious in their FIRST encounter. Unfortunately, that hurts her credibility because she went BACK. And she's now lost her restraining order case, and no charges are being filed. I'm guessing the cops know more than you or me about the case.
Cops don't exactly have a perfect record. It was pretty clear from the judge's order in the restraining case that he was slut shaming. He could have denied the order for the simple fact that Bauer didn't seem to be harassing her, but he went beyond that. It would have been an impossible case to prove. I do know knocking someone out isn't okay just because they ask for it. I know having sex with somebody that can't consent is not okay.
