    This problem seems to stem from having a lot of guys that are good, great, or signed as a free agent who eat up 40-man and 25/26-man roster spots. This year, pitcher injuries added to the 40-man roster crunch. The Astros have to pick and choose who to keep, and have to make decisions on guys before they would like to. The Toro and De La Cruz trades were similar in that I think the Astros liked both players, but looked at the roster and their trades made the most sense for talent on roster now as well as who they keep protected for Rule 5 draft.

    It seems Meyers is starting to make his adjustment to all the K's by drawing some walks...better make sure he stops getting regular starts.

    Conspiracy theory...after the tantrum they wanted to suspend him but instead agreed to an IL stint...they just needed him to fake an injury on camera so nobody suspects anything

    It does feel like it with the astros for the past recent series.

    Doesn't appear that way with blue Jays but they're hot atm.
