I’m getting sick and tired of these storms ruining my daily routine of sleep. My lights keep going in and out and it’s so frustrating.

Jokes aside, I hope y’all are safe. The wind and rain is picking up and it looks like we’re in for a very long night.

Hoping it stops very soon. Prayers up for H-Town!

Since I went to sleep looks like the storm strengthened slightly. Stay safe out there everyone in Houston.

 

Still got power here in alief. What am I suppose to do with all these breads and chicken! Think I overstocked. You think @glenerice will buy it?

 

Yeah got windy but never lost power out here in Cypress. (Unrelated... but my cell phone died on me - won't charge at all. POS Pixel phones. So now I can't get in touch with my folks in League City.)

 

All utilities on at mi casa. Tiny branch down from the big pine in my yard. Neighbor had a medium size tree split in half but I took a look and it was partially rotten so it didn’t take much. Clear Creek is out of its banks but I didn’t flood in Harvey so not worried.

 

Do you have a can of compressed air you can blow into the charging port? Or.. an object you can try to clean the inside of the port with?

 

Is it safe to begin resettlement of Katy, or will the evacuation continue?

Yeah I tried both of those things. No success.

This is the 2nd consecutive phone that this has happened to me with. It's bizarre to me that wireless charging isn't a normal feature for all phones in 2021 - it came standard with my cheap Windows phone from like 7-8 years ago. (RIP Windows phone OS.)

 

Chita was much better looking when she was natural and didn't start botoxing her face. Now Elita Loresca on Channel 13, that is 100% WOMAN!
