I would like to see the USSC rule on whether people should get vaccinated. At this point the trump justices have shown they care little about the health of people, but seeing another opportunity to cause more Americans to die would remind people why (1) increasing the size of the court is reasonable if not necessary and (2) why America cannot survive another republican President.

Unvaccinated gets infected 5 times more than vaccinated, and once infected, carries more transmissible virus for a longer period. Thus unvaccinated is a much greater threat of spread.
All of the restrictions to date have a time limit or become nullify of themselves once the "emergency" is over. If you codify into law some predefined limit, you are hoping that legislators can think of every possible future emergency. That's not possible and the risk of that is you tie the hand of the executive to protect society from some future unknown emergency circumstances. We already have a pretty robust judicial system to limit emergencies power. Many things covids are by executive decree. See all the executive decrees to limits locals and businesses from mandating vaccination or masking.
