You started the thread. All I've found is that there were a number of fans (not close to the majority) that were chanting it at a handful of southern schools. Ironically the same types of schools where one would be booed for not respecting the anthem, but perfectly OK to yell F the President
If a president spent resources and time mentioning it, holding press conferences about it, seeking multiple opportunities to push it and encouraging others to do something that would be publicizing it. Allowing the news to mention that it was given, is how you would know about it even though it wasn't publicized.
