Did Rogan ever say if he got vaccinated? I assume he did. I don’t have a problem with him choosing to “throw the kitchen sink” at it to help recover. Hopefully he isolated and didn’t spread it to too many others. He hangs around in clubs a lot, I think, or at least used to.

To be clear, I wasn't commenting on its effectiveness or use for covid in any fashion.

I'm saying it's dangerous for people to call it a horse drug because that's not what Rogan took, he took the safe human form. If people pretend like Rogan is taking a horse drug, the people who trust Rogan might go out and get an animal form of ivermectin not knowing that there are multiple forms.

Thank you bro for that very decent take. Ivermectin for human use has only been prescribed for over 1/3 of the world population for the past 40 years with an unmatched safety records.

That’s over a couple of billions of dosages, out of that many dosages, there is only 16 known deaths from the side effects. It is safe to say it is safer than aspirin, ibuprofen, acetaminophen or any of the over the counter drugs.

There is an active misinformation campaign against this drug by the media, and that’s why they keep calling it the horse drug and touting all the bad side effects.

Here is the pharmacy where you can still get the human kind if you’re interested.

No it's dangerous to be a ****wad who refuses vaccination and then takes horse dewormer - the venn diagram here is a circle in a circle.

It's in fact a direct danger to all of us who actually did get vaccinated and all kids under 12 and non covid people who need emergency care.

Shut up with this dipshit admonishment and get vaxxed fool

What are you saying no to?

Yeah, I agree. Let's make sure people know to NOT take a horse dewormer, I originally replied to a post that said "Joe Rogan takes livestock drug", that's not true and people shouldn't be saying that.

Quit angrily replying to my post dork we don't disagree on anything

People shouldn't buy medicine off of random websites, you shouldn't take drugs that aren't prescribed by your doctor

There are real side effects with the animal forms of ivermectin, and people should not be taking those.

Joe Rogan is an antivax galaxy brain who didn't get vaccinated, went to Florida during a raging outbreak, got sick, and is now treating himself with medication used for horse deworming, that has no known medical benefit (as well as expensive monoclonal antibodies that do)

**** him and **** anybody who thinks they should be taking horse dewormer instead of vaccines, and **** anybody who tries to multiverse brain themselves into believing its the rest of us horrified bystanders that are the irresponsible ones.

Why are you replying to me with any of this ****?

Relax man, you are letting out a whole bunch of **** directed towards me that isn't close to relevant to anything I'm saying.... but I get it, it's a really really frustrating time.

I'm not defending or parroting anything Rogan is saying, I think his commentary on covid has done a great disservice to the country due to his enormous platform. I'm not commenting on vaccines, or the effectiveness of the drug for Covid (I literally have no idea), whatsoever.

I think it's irresponsible to pretend like the human form of a safe medicine is the same as animal form that is harming people, I'm not sure why you are trying to go so hard against that because it's kind of like a no-**** opinion, right? But at the same time, I get that you're just frustrated with the whole situation, it all sucks.

That site is a pharmacy site bro, you need a doctor to write you a script.

My doctor who happened to be a damn smart, compassionate and competent doctor prescribed it to me since last year. I have used it prophylactically ever since. I’ve spent 2 months last year researching everything that I can get my hands on about this drug.

We are in 2021 and there are more trials and studies that have been done about this drug for Covid use. Other countries have been using it as a frontline weapon against this virus. Look up Uttar Pradesh, Mexico, Peru, Argentina and so on and so on.

I agree with you wholeheartedly that you should not do this without your doctor, the problem is finding a doctor who has not bought into the smear campaign against this drug.

I’m so thankful for my doctor, others are not so lucky.

    To who?

I don't know what you're talking about. I don't want people to take horse dewormer, for the 10th time. We literally have no disagreements and you keep replying with angry ****. Take a breath man

So far, knock on wood, I’ve been everywhere and still healthy. I was using it weekly per my doctor’s advice, but after I consulted him again I use it monthly now.

At some point, if I’m not traveling too much and more home bound, I just might stop it and use it only when I need it. I am not against the vaccines, I just wish that the powers that be would be more honest and talk about the therapeutic side of the battle against this virus.

I remember you harassing a dude for having an interracial relationship and then arguing with me about it, I don't need your backup on irrational anger lol.

Hope you, and everybody stays healthy. Maybe get a second opinion on taking ivermectin prophylactically, that sounds nuts.
