Of course, I'd put Wall in a trade for Ben, but more realistically, I could see CW going out in that deal.
We probably wouldn't be giving up picks.

No question. Sengun is the future. He needs playing time.

Yes, I'm assuming everyone was on the same page.

He's got a big pay day down the road, and I think it's better spent on Ben. There exists an opportunity to buy low on Ben and sell somewhat high on CW. I'd prefer to wait at least until the break, but .....

Why should we want incredibly flawed Ben Simmons who is under contract until 2025 and doesn’t want to be in Houston??

and before someone comes in here and says that we can just trade Simmons somewhere else, just stop…his value is at an all-time low

Simmons is bad news and this team shouldn’t touch him.

We got a clear direction rn. Why hitch our wagon to Simmons?

Ben hasn't been able to be utilized in a such a way as to maximize what he brings to the table. Mark my words.. He'll leave Philly and blow up. Somebody is about to steal this guy. Why? Because he'll have the lane..initiating more as a 3-4...off the wing and deeper. You run the offense through him part of the time, and play him as more of a conventional 4/5.

that’s what Philly did against Toronto and he was invisible

this dude just shot 34% from the free throw line in the playoffs and can’t play at the end of games

Simmons would have no lane here, we are 1 of the worst shooting teams in the league as usual

Trading for him would a bet on if he can improve because he is only 24. Im not sure he will but he could.

well he hasn’t improved a single thing since he entered the league, so I’m gonna put the chances of that happening at extremely unlikely

he has no confidence in shooting, and even if he did have confidence, his jumper is still broken

he also doesn’t want to be here

    I’m good on Ben Simmons

In what world would this move make us any better?

    Horrible idea.

As someone who thinks Wood should be available along with Wall and Gordon..... that's a no.

I'd want high draft picks for Wood, not some" if you squint star".
