Specific evidence-based claims can be discussed/debated. Statements like "Biden sucks balls" or (for that matter) "Trump sucks balls" aren't really debatable statements, in the same way that "Country music sucks balls" or "Rap music sucks balls" isn't a debatable statement. They are simply statements for expressing frustration or provoking reaction from others.

But to your point, I don't think much more is needed than the continuing and worsening errors and decision making in Afghanistan. Pick just one aspect of that, like the $80 billion in military equipment being left behind to be used or sold by the Taliban, the marines that died, the children that have now died, it's an inexcusable debacle, and an offense worthy of resignation. But in addition to that, chaos and crises at the southern border, increased inflation, increased price for fuel, relinquishing energy independence, the list goes on and on. The cropped video you referenced shows him still with eyes lowered (video was unclear to me if they are actually closed ) while the Israeli PM is talking. Why should anyone conclude from this that he's sleeping?
Also bragging about how much of a genius he is over a test score that tests for early signs of dementia shows how unhinged he is. Getting a perfect score on that test means you don't have early signs of dementia, not that you have above average IQ.
