We can’t ignore the elephant in The room, Green needs to start over KPJ

    It’s pretty obviously 44 million dollar isn’t coming off the bench. Clearly the better fit at sg and complimentary to Walls skillet and vice cersa is Green. KPJ announced himself that he’s a a point guard. Wall is also a point guard. Both are suspect perimeter shooters. Neither are wings. Green is a wing, and a true shooting guard. Not a point guard or combo guard.

    niether of the three needs to play the 3

    Don't worry stone has a great plan to play everyone and still get a high pick in 2022 draft

    Pg- wall
    Sg- gordan
    Sf- kpj
    Pf- green
    C- Brooks


    Five out offense

    Spread the floor

    No center will keep up with Brooks speed

    Luvly lineup.. with as many guards as they keep,sign, and draft, might as well go with a 5 guard lineup

    Everyone is happy with their minutes and we are guaranteed a top 3 pick from sucking so bad

    Only one not happy would be wood. So what..I think he is a goner anyways

    Green has a ton of fans, I'm sure they'll be reasonable when our coach puts him at the 3 spot.

    You start Green/KPJ and have Wall off the bench. You don't want Green's relationship with Silas being ruined on day 1.

    If Silas doesn't start Green, then he should give us a tank year and get fired end of season.

    Why are you so sure he won’t ?

    training camp hasn’t even started yet . We don’t know who Silas will pick as his staters .

    my guess is kpj gets the 6th man role with the knowledge that we want to eventually move on from wall .

    It hasn’t been talked about. The debate has been Between wall and kpj starting when it needs to be between Green and KPJ

    If a rookie can’t come off the bench because of his ego then the rookie needs to come off the bench to be professional through out his career.

    I thought it was "Aparant" CF wanted the Rockets to tank for another draft pick. Who cares if KPJ starts with Green. KPJ said he was a PG time for KPJ to say he's a point forward too.

    Tell him to look at Harden's career path. That should let him accept the role or else his ego is too large.

    Wrong. He won’t come off the bench because he’s good enough to earn a starting spot.

    Idc how much wall gets paid.

    if green’s play in training camp justifies a starting role but Silas doesn’t start him, then Silas has lost greens trust for good.

    NBA purgatory is for veteran teams predominantly

    This current Rocket team is predominantly 1 or 2 years. Means they will learn from experience.
    Play all out and see where the kids stand vs the greatest in the world.

    Hopefully the kids get "Play-In" PO experience, learn from it, Wall/Gordon exit
    stage right. Good timing....wish the Gordon/Wall exit could happen sooner; but
    the league is saturated with guards. Tough to move them during the season without
    taking bad contracts back. Probably looking at end of season buyouts.

    Green this year isn’t better than Wall, and he isn’t better than KPJ. So if he wants to start it won’t be over either unless there’s an injury. I’m sure he will be fine with that. If his fans lose faith over the coach because they can’t handle a rookie coming off the bench behind superior players then perhaps the nba isn’t for them, maybe peewee ball where everyone starts would be better.

    I think there's a logical fail in assuming neither KPJ or Green could play the three. Why the hell cant they?

    Well on 2k I be like an 85 and I still don’t start until like 15 games in smh. Green will be fine if I gotta wait 15 than so does he and that’s on period

    KPJ clearly can. But there’s still a chance Green comes off the bench at the start of the season behind someone like Tate so it’s best for his onlyfans to prepare psychologically.
