    Got to admit, despite some initial reservations Stone has really proven he is a really good GM and bounced back from the Harden/WB train wreck as well as any GM could have. Wall is what he is, but he has done a fantastic job in turning things around and setting us up for at least an exciting future!

    But when some of us showed the same excitement about the draft (regarding our current talent pool as of day after draft) we were told by some members here to pump the brakes bc we haven’t done shiit yet, the picks could be a bust, & we will lose soooo many games for the next 3-4 yrs. While all technically true, you don’t toast a newlywed couple by saying “You all shouldn’t smile so much, don’t you know what the divorce rate is in the US?”

    Everyone patronizes a "loveable loser" -- remember the 41-41 Kevin Martin love fests a decade back when the Rockets were the "next up and coming team" which never really happened until James came along.

    Nobody is really threatened by them and generating clicks is part of the landscape nowadays. Still cool to be mentioned and maybe one day live up to the expectations.
