Cheer up Repubs and easy to convince war supporting Dems you may be too old for the next major foreign war, but your kids will have the opportunity. Just like Reagan iirc had the opportunity to have our first glorious victory after the defeat in Viet Nam by invading the tiny island of Grenada and then Bush soon after had the opportunity to invade Panama for another victory, there will be some other small victories before the next major foreign war debacle.
Joe Biden has taken the opportunity to redeem himself. Joe along with quite a few Dem Senators voted against Bush the Elder's first Iraq War, but voted for the imbecilic second Iraq War of Bush the Lesser. Joe knew better, but like Hillary, Kerry and every other potential candidate for president they thought it politic to vote for the debacle. Joe knew better and we should be thankful he is resisting the the self serving generals and pro war mainstream media etc. to prolong things.

I wouldn't call it a great job after the initial massive failure. They could have gotten the people out before they started pulling the troops and avoided this disaster. Biden have some very incompetent people around him.
