A chub-a-lub pount guard that can't shoot - just what the roster was missing! Kid should have gone to college. I wouldn't mind parking him in RGV for a couple of years to see if he can get on a diet/conditioning program and work on his shot. At one point in HS he was considered a big-time five star prospect.
This is such a good move (I think)…wasn’t he highly recruited, then disappointed? I’m all in for someone that had that kind of promise to be on rgv to see if he comes around granted we have absolutely 0 guard time to give out…unless a couple of older guys get sent out
Interesting that they both have Vegas backgrounds. Neither one is likely to make it, but Nix should at least be fun to watch along with the other young ones. I guess he might still turn into something, but I’m not holding my breath.
Jalen Green is a prime example of why some guys don’t need to go to college. Daishan Nix is a prime example of why some guys absolutely need to go to college. He should’ve gone to UCLA. I’m predicting a long European career cause I don’t think he’s good enough for the NBA
