I think it is racism on the part of the patrons, in the most technical sense of taking skin color into consideration in decision making. It gets a bit murky when you get into sexual preferences. You don't choose who you are attracted to, or what traits interest you. I voted no, because it is not racism by the club owners in that they are making their decisions based on what the clients want (or at least what they think the clients want, I don't know if they took a survey or anything).

Ugly isn't a protected class. They can just say she was ugly and call it a day. That stated, there are many ugly and employed strippers.
