Like I said per the FBI, and that is 2021. Image the unreported numbers because nobody cares or doesn't want the heat of telling the authorities. Houston isn't perfect. I've lived my whole life here. I've traveled to most major US cities. I'd rather live and work here and visit the rest when I feel like it dealing with their crap to enjoy the better aspects (number one on that list San Francisco). Yeah we flood, massive rain storms from time to time will do that. We froze solid ONCE, it sucked but not really that big of a deal considering it was a one a century winter storm, personally gas fireplace and well insulated house, I enjoyed the change, lots of cold walks and burned my wood pile outside. But Motown has been a living hell since the fall of the big 3. It was once a great city but ruined now.

I'm know Green wanted to go #1 but I think he is truly happy he's in Houston. He needs to keep his words short and his play can speak for itself.

Could I see the link to where you read that, I like keeping track of these things and I think there might be some sort of misinterpretation? The national homicide rate is around 5-6 per 100k any given year, 150% would be 7.5 per 100k, Detroit's homicide rate is around 40 per 100k, Houstons is around 14-16.

I think you might be referencing Michigan's state homicide rate.

Y'all should take a look at the KD and Draymond's interview on Bleacher Report. KD talked about how super stars use anything and everything to motivate themselves to be better (reminds you of someone from the Bulls?) KD also said how going 2nd instead of 1st overall made him have a chip on his shoulder and he used that as extra motivation to prove he was the better player. Not saying Jalen will be as good as KD, but you can understand why someone as competitive as him feels he should've gone 1st overall and why that bugs him. I have reasons to believe that Jalen will prove it with his game.

 

Weird website lol it lists the crime rate per 100k to be 6260, and the national average rate to be 2470, and then says it 150% higher, but the difference in those numbers is over 250%. But yeah crime rate and murder rate was the confusion here.

They do have a correct-looking murder rate listing for Detroit though if you stroll down.
