Making China finally pay tariffs isn't a bad thing. The middle class got a tax cut and the tax cut helped create the lowest unemployment rates in history, therefore creating more tax money. Are you against low unemployment rates?
China doesn't pay tariffs. It's a tax on imported goods from China. The American people pay for the tax.
that underscores the fact that you don't understand how economics works. when the trade war was on, China merely passed along the to the middlemen, who passed it to the American consumers don't know the difference between capitalist and socialist. trump's policy to initiate a trade, and then to end are text book eg of what socialism is btw, after china had granted Trump Co / and his daughter certain licensing / copyrights in China, Trump called off the trade call no they didn't. there was a new cap placed on the SALT deductions nomally available to the middle class, it's too bad that you don't understand
I'm not sure what policies aside from "reopening an economy from a pandemic " would be contributing to inflation? We got back to $1 trillion deficit under Trump and GOP prior to Covid.
The Trump administration imposed tariffs. You dont remember the libs thinking this was going to be the end of the world?
No need to talk anymore with you I'm middle class and the guys that work for me are middle class and we got tax cuts. Obviously we have different definition of who the middle class is.
You might look at history when the Dems are in office and their relationship between inflation. Start with Jimmy Carter and work your way forward.
in additional to not knowing capitalism from socialism, train threes is also ignorant of the fact that the consumers end up paying for the tariff yes; you should stop embarrassing urself
Why would I need to look at history when I can just look at the cause and effect. It seems you just parrot the Jimmy Carter line despite this being a different set a circumstances. It's amusing a "capitalist" can't understand the supply chain shocks of closing and reopening an economy.
Well it's still affecting supply chains because the Biden admin hasn't loosened the Trump tariffs. You think moving supply chains out of China was going to be easy?
Cutting taxes doesn’t increase tax revenue. Never has and never will. If you believe that lie then then you obviously have just taken every idiotic GOP taking point for gospel without bothering to actually do any research. Supply side economics has been tried over and over again in this country with the only result being huge budget deficits which in turn led to huge increases in the national debt.
better than listening to that dumbass Biden trump never said he was a politician, and actually tried to help the middle class and all Americans Biden is a racist democrat who is controlled opposition and being backed China to destroy the USA from within with communist policies
It stands to reason that the more people working means more taxes paid. This really isn't that difficult.
Notice we didn't have supply chain issues until after Biden took office? Ever wonder why? Did you go back and look at history of Dems and inflation?
Actually it started with the trade war..... Do I ever wonder why that supply issues were exacerbated by reopening a giant economy? Your cause and effect is way off....
