Jalen Green's Fresno upbringing motivates him to prove people wrong, just not in Detroit

I think right and wrong is very subjective. I don't personally think what he did was wrong. Unprofessional? Sure. But I think it was the right decision for both parties in the end. But I'm also very pro employee over employer.

Harden is gone. He’s proven time and time again to not be a #1 when you’re trying to win a ship. Both parties are better off. Move on.

When I say wrong I mean unprofessional and people had a right to be mad about that. thats literally the only point and how this entire thing got started. everything else is changing the subject. you can argue that others have done it or maybe we would suck even with a fully engaged harden and healthy wood or that him doing what he did led to us getting promising young rookies. its all besides the point of why this even started lol

Nobody is saying we hate Harden now the Nets are my second favorite team. I was born in Houston and raised on long island. the point is that someone isnt whiny because they were mad at harden when it went down. that is the only point the rest of the responses are people changing the conversation and prolonging the entire subject change of the thread lol

Fair enough. My last comment was more about let's not make Harden out to be some supervillain. Actions should be judged based on environments too. I don't like yelling but in certain situations you have to yell and yelling is accepted. I think unprofessionalism is the name of the game in the NBA. Morey was the king of it and we loved him.

Not at all. Harden demanding a trade was while he had 2 years on his contract and we didn’t own the rights to our draft pick (unless top 4) was his fault though.

ROCO leaving isn’t a bad thing too btw. I got us Christian Wood to get bigger again. Wall for Russ was meh but we were screwed after Harden made us ditch CP3 anyway.

You are welcome to that opinion my only point was fans have the right to get mad when a player acts that way.

Weird. They look the same height. I thought Cade was taller. Kind of hard to tell with Jalen leaning over, though.

Of course they do but fans have the right to get mad or feel anyway about anything so that's not saying much. If we are talking about rationalized fair feelings the conversation gets deeper.

You're saying "ofcourse" like people werent disagreeing to it and changing the subject to compleletly miss the point and argue some more just a few minutes ago lol but its hard jumping into the middle of a convo and trying to figure out how we got there so I get it. seems to happen a lot here.

That’s what he signed up for by running cp3 out of town. He could’ve stick by Chris Paul who was good enough to make the finals by Devin Booker.

Maybe Devin Booker is just a better playoff performer then Harden though. There’s an argument to he made there.

Either way, he paid for disrespecting the game when he hurt his hamstring. Would not have happened if he did training camp and took getting into shape for the season seriously.

Yes, and after drafting Green and Sengun in two years towards the end of his current contract could have been primed and ready to go all in for it without GS or Lebron in the picture and a bad ass young team he helped developed.... But nah, he wanted Durant to carry him..
