Making China finally pay tariffs isn't a bad thing. The middle class got a tax cut and the tax cut helped create the lowest unemployment rates in history, therefore creating more tax money. Are you against low unemployment rates?
China doesn't pay tariffs. It's a tax on imported goods from China. The American people pay for the tax.

Cutting taxes doesn’t increase tax revenue. Never has and never will. Supply side economics has been tried over and over again in this country with the only result being huge budget deficits which in turn led to huge increases in the national debt.
