Fareid playing for a summer league team??? YIKES!

Didnt he have some pretty adamant fans here among us in his brief stint?

Do those guys even get paid to hoop in the summer league?

Come for the Sengun, stay for the contested 3's off the front of the rim.

MDA should have played this man against the warriors idc.. And we all know scrubs in MDA's system flourish because they only have to do max 2 things. Remember when Rockets got Fareid he was washed then too. He resurrected his career just running hard. Then poof he was gone, lol.

I only already knew he was playing in this SL because of that nice dunk by Kai Jones.

Şengün has had enough of Josh Christopher.

    Ight, Imma head out.

Just kidding. He’s going back to Turkey to bang the translator.

Rockets rookie Alperen Sengun’s summer league is over with the forward/center Monday traveling to spend a few weeks in Turkey before returning to Houston in September before the start of training camp.

    Just kidding…(unless I’m not?!)

Broke my heart, but Michelle Margaux wanted some of that.

Or, at least, if I remember the sideline reporting correctly. JUST KILLED ME. My wife. I couldn't compete with the Manimal bucking bronco, nope.

Sengun has proven he's an NBA ready rotation player, but I'm a bit surprised he can't wait two more days to go home. Although it may allow a longer look at... Hurt o_O

Only here to see if a 4th Game Thread spirals into accusations of racism

Maybe a manimal-to-animal auto-correct fail will trigger it

stay alert, and stay safe out there

If you were playing smart team basketball and running hard, playing great d only for Josh Christopher and every other no name scrub to jack up terrible shots. You would leave early too.

No, I'd stay and play if I were healthy (barring any family problems at home)

What you describe is typical summer league basketball.

He's not getting any better playing with those scrubs and the coaches don't appear to make any effort to get him the ball. As fans I want Sengun taking 20 plus shots a game in summer league.
