.923 road OPS with 8 home runs vs. .881 home OPS with 15 home runs.

It was still his outlier season.

Players have years like that. His splits were crazy. He had a great BB & K rate on the road. Usual Marwin at home other than the power.

.881 OPS was his usual home OPS?

Everything but the power is what I said. His Avg, OBP, BBs, & Ks at home were all relatively in line with what he had done the previous 3 years (and the 2 years after).

Toro batting .365 with over a 1.00 OPS for Seattle
Straw batting over .300 and in the leadoff position

    Wish these guys the best

    Absolutely.

We needed arms bad though. Unfortunately those guys were disposable.

I would take Marwin in a heartbeat over Wilson and Garcia, even if he's sucked this season.

Straw had to die so that others may live.

I think Maton could be really good. He’s got the stuff. Strom reclamation project

Agreed. They had a logjam of young OF and no bullpen depth, adios De La Cruz and Straw, hello Yimi and Maton

Maton has an elite spin rate, so there is that.
