Wilson looked like me picking up dog toys.

Graveman's scoreless streak as an Astro wasn't going to last forever. Needed to get the one run out of his system. Also wanted to give Pressly a save situation. So he killed two birds with one stone I guess.

Yea... starting a streak of 13 games without a day off tonight. Would have liked to have saved Graveman and Pressly with a 4 run lead. Oh well.

He's had no clue since the 1st inning, but he was very consistent with it.

Unlike you, he actually needed to throw them back across the yard.

Nice win. Their bullpen shut us down though. Our top 4 in the order went 1-14. Hopefully the bats wake up. Great pitching tonight to go along with the Tucker bomb.

How long is TK out? I'd rather listen to just about anyone else on the broadcast team do PBP over Eschenfelder.

Off all weekend, adjust your volume settings accordingly.

I like how a winning game only went 4 pages. No one cares about us playing the Angels :p

The difference between ON Greinke and OFF Greinke is about one run per inning and a consistent strike zone.

I'm just wondering if anybody else seems to notice that poor umpires appear to call balls and strikes where their headed about halfway to the batter leaving no room for the break pitchers count on. Good umpires tend to watch the pitch to the glove and call the ball or strike about a half second after that.

I know there is a lot of information we don't see evaluating umpires.

Do you think umpires tend to normalize their strike zone rather than adjust the top and bottom to the batter?

My desire to see Chicago lose used to be limited to the Cubs who are still the team I like see lose the most. But Dodgers and Yankees are moving in after their whining about something they've been doing for seventy years. They feel entitled.

I guess Dusty told the "boss" that the broadcasters needed rest as much as the players.
