You didn't answer my question. He already tried to prevent cruise companies from requiring a vaccine. A judge struck that down. I'll ask again, should he be able to tell businesses they CAN'T require a vaccine in order to use that business? Simple question. You either think he should be or he shouldn't be.
I have an even better idea. Since bobrek lives in St Pete and I’m close by in Sarasota, we can meet up for a cup of coffee and some photos to satisfy you hyenas. What do ya say bobrek? I’m free the second week of September, my treat. This general guy must be someone that truly pushes your button, I don’t have a proper explanation for this obsession.
Sorry neighbor, I do not trust these left leaning, dishonest reporting fish wraps like the Tampa BayTimes, The Orlando Sentinel, The Miami Herald etc.... .
How is this left or right or left leaning? More people will die, look at the states that are getting worse,,,open your eyes man and get stop making this political......our neighbors are sick and going to die
So the state (you know the place that DeSantis is head of) is lying? The state reported 151,415 infections from Aug. 6-12, according to the state Department of Health. That’s an average of more than 21,600 cases a day. It’s the third week in a row that the Sunshine State set a record for weekly cases. Only Louisiana saw more infections per capita. Florida also reported 1,071 deaths, a 74 percent increase from the previous week. Two children are among the dead.
I have already answered your question. He does these businesses a huge favor by getting some sense into the chaos. BTW- DeSantis just gave you a quick lesson in the constitution(Bill of rights), he does not have to tell the businesses that they can’t require the vaccine in order to use the businesses, it’s redundant, because it’s in the bill of rights. He just reminded them. As far as that judge who struck it down, ever heard of activist judges, oh yeah, they’re real and they’re out there to carry waters for the left.
Still not convinced, even though I offered you multiple options? The meet up in person will put this to rest once and for all don’t you think? Bobrek and I are practically neighbors. BTW- I responded to the other poster who’s accused me also, the general does not coin these phrases, they’re popular amongst the right.
You have every right to believe in what you hear from the news, I just don’t give in to the scared tactics and the sensationalism. I wrote in several posts above that we can end this virus tomorrow if we follow the Ivermectin protocol but you know that ain’t gonna happened, too much money is at stake here. You can be angry at me all you want, but that will not change the fact that they have been lying to us on day one about this virus.
Please explain how the 4th amendment is relevant in any way. I’ve been practicing law for 24 years. I really really want to hear this.
So you’re a refugee that pulled the 4th amendment out of your ass in the hopes that people wouldn’t know what the law is? Do better. Explain why the 4th Amendment has anything to do with the litigation between Norwegian cruise lines and DeSantis. I bet you can’t.
Since you claim that you’re a lawyer, why should I do the work for you? I was having a conversation with bobrek and not you. All you’ve been doing is accusing me of being this general guy, don’t you think it is pretty rude? I don’t know you and you don’t know me, but you don’t come at a stranger like that, my hands are ready to drop at any moment, what chu gonna do? Defending yourself with your law license? Maybe, maybe not?
