    He's not Lou Dort man lol. Lou Dort is a defensive prodigy, right now JC is closer to Nwaba than Dort on defense.

    I'm not that high on JC I mean he is def athletic and a big guard, but so is Nwaba lol and Nwaba's just a vet min journeyman. Will have to wait and see if the effort is maintained throughout the season, I saw him get too shot happy and make bad decisions in college last season.

    Def a good addition to our team and good value for 24th but I'm not that mind blown as of yet, esp compared to Sengun, Green and Garuba who I have expectations for.

    Agree with the 1st statement. If JC becomes Nwaba on defense then this pick at #24 is amazing. Nwaba is a really good defender. Nwaba + JC's offensive skills would get you a $15 million/year player.

    Your second statement is incorrect sir. Did you forget Nwaba just signed a 3 year $15 million dollar deal with us?

    The guy who was saying JC's NBA player comp was Dort is the same guy who was saying Sengun and Garuba were going to be sleeper picks.. He was on the Rockets locked on podcast. No one is saying he is going to be the defensive monster that is Dort, they are saying he has the potential to be a very good defender.

    You know who also wasn't dort after their first summer league game? Dort. It takes time. Nwaba also didn't even get drafted much less be drafted in the first round. What he is now is through years of perfecting his craft and he is pretty much a finished product. If all JC turns into is a nwaba then he will not live up to his potential

    I'm not saying he cant be Dort but right now he isnt. We dont know if he will reach Dort's level or not it all depends on his effort.

    Christopher is a year away from being a year away, but looks like a potential sixth man/lockdown defender. Dude straight up competes and can create his own shot.
