[NY Post] Cuomo refuses to resign, denies allegations in explosive AG report

Biden just affirmed reporter’s question, now that the investigation has concluded the accusations are credible, Cuomo should resign

 

This is why calls for resignation but nothing about impeachment are hollow. Just everyone covering their ass while playing politics.

 

Don't know what vehicles exist for Cuomo's removal from office (those in NY would know better). The goal would be the earliest removal from office. And criminal prosecution. Is that "playing politics?"

Goes for calls for resignation which Cuomo is under no requirement to follow. Asked directly if he doesn't resign should he be impeached, suddenly he "doesn't know all the data".

Ask your conservative friends why didn't they call on Trump to resign. Numerous allegations against him.

Is the report available? What specifically were the allegations? Unwanted touching and comments deemed offensive doesn’t say a whole lot. A lot of people may do those things because they are overly casual without it crossing over into sexual harassment.

I did. I believe there was more than enough evidence supporting the impeachment charges made against donald trump. Don't know how that plays into the Cuomo accusations and calls for his resignation.

Not true. It crosses over into sexual harassment as soon as the other party thinks it does, essentially.

Think of rape. Is it not rape just because one party thought it was ok?

You also have Cuomo's position of power. ANY advances he makes are sexual harassment, by default, because the argument can be made that it puts the other person in a very awkward position, simply due to his power; in which they will feel pressure to play along just due to that.
