Did not like it. It's going to be as bad as the first one. Poor actor is probably stuck in that contract.
Trailer looks bad, but so did the trailer for the first one. I watched the first one with very low expectations, and it was ok. Definitely a throwback to the pre-MCU superhero movies.
You fanboys kill me. Why does he have to be stuck in that contract? I am no great fan of the movie but from everything I have read Hardy is fully hands on and engaged in the process.
At some point, I'll get around to watching the first one. When he said "oh ish, that is a red one!" It got me rolling.
Yeah, me too. I'm getting a bad 'Fox X-Men' vibe from this trailer. I realize this is the Spiderman Universe and not officially the MCU, but would it kill Sony to ask Kevin Fiege to review scripts? Guy is Midas with movies.
Looking forward to it, motivated me to finally sign up for the Sony Movie app to get the perks that came with the OLED TV
Just saw it tonight...I liked it. The 1st half of the movie was a bit clunky, but the 2nd half was good. Really good setup with the mid-credit scene too.
Movie was good. Really interesting end credits scene. I wish Woody Harelson had played Kletus Cassidy like he did his character in Natural Born Killers.
Watched it over the weekend with the wife, thought it was ok. The script is pretty terrible, the cast saves it from being total garbage. The best thing is that it's short and easy to digest, the biggest thing though is the end credit stinger which really has major repercussions.... C
The movie was bad, but I never had an issue with this actor playing Venom tbh. Did not watch this movie but I read the spoilers. The first one was so bad to me I couldn't bear to watch a 2nd.
The first half of this was so weird; it was like a parody in itself. They definitely sped up the movie and everything that happens; no character build up or Woody's character or his lover, Venom's ex and her husband were two different characters from the first movie, they didn't use Spoiler: spoiler that woman or her powers to help Woody and the symbiote separate from each other and at the end, Venom just eats the red symbiote anyway. At least the mid credit scene might lead me to believe he will be in the new Spiderman
