One of the most entertaining drafts I can ever remember. Nothing but potential from this group. We won’t win for a few years anyway, but this reminds me a lot of the George Springer SI cover Astros. They aren’t building for right now. They’re building for 2-3 years from now. In the meantime, just enjoy them and watch them grow.
B Mobles was risky. I like the Green pick Sengun looks good, will see Garuba can turn into a great role player
On paper it looks pretty damn good a lot of our needs were addressed but going forward who’s going to start? Who realistically gets traded?because now we have a full roster with As of right now this our team Wall House KPJ DJ Augustin Tate Gordon Wood Thomas Sengun DJ Wilson Green Brooks KMJ Lamb Usman Christopher all are under contract
Tonight was like Christmas for a favored child. It may not be exactly what was asked for but much better than expected.
Green is good, Garuba I did not expect to be there so that’s amazing, Sengun is a big so if one of him or Garuba pans out that’s a win. Christopher not a fan and I really don’t like the idea that we picked him for Green…all in all an A for taking a risk in trading for Sengun and not drafting some non-talent like Cooper.
Almost a decade of watching sticky ball with Teen wolf has made me well prepared for this. We can't have a 'milky hair' who passive aggressively objects it. Hope Silas coaches them out of sticky ball. Silas is probably like " I didn't sign up for this."
Wilson, Lamb, Brooks aren't under guaranteed contract I'd be surprised if 2 if not all 3 of Gordon, House, and Augustin weren't moved this off season
Was doing good til the Christopher pick. Also he didn't trade Wood for another pick, so that is a fail. Overall B+
Wasn't able to trade into two more top 5 picks. Given that, it drops the grade from an A+++ to a mere A+.
So many years Rockets and Texans have made me angry in the draft. You come to expect it. I can’t believe this is real. We have a real shot to expedite our rebuild with these picks and didn’t even lose much value in the process. This has to be a dream but even my dreams have more tempered expectations than this.

B Like the Green & Garuba picks Will wait on Sengun and see how he goes Christopher is what drops him to B. I don't think he's good enough. But keen to be proven wrong.
A++++ Really wanted Sengun and Christopher and didn't think either would have been attainable. This draft will go down as the best draft since '84 when we got Hakeem. Great Job Stone!!! You hit a Grand Slam with those 4 picks!!!
