This is my idea
If a citizen stops a crime like this dude shot those robbers they should get a reward
Like $1000 per criminal

can the city confiscate the money from the criminals?

let's say HPD busts a cartel meth ring and they had $10 million ,
they should take that money and put it back in the Houston budget.

that money can be used to fix potholes or build parks. Also they can use that to give back the drug money to the citizens who are fighting crime.

they should have a crime fighting app as well. so citizens with arms can unite and shoot the robbers, split the reward money and whatever money they find on the robbers give it back to the city.

kinda of like a call of duty perk. but real.

 

We can solve all human crime by using non humans to enforce it.
