I appreciate the reporting and investigation this show does. It's often very illuminating. But they lose me most times because they go veering off course from stating facts and highlighting important issues to suggesting remedies which are usually terribad. They do the same thing here, unfortunately. It's a shame, because they used to not do that, but something changed around 4 years ago (I wonder what happened...).

What kind of remedies do you think are available, reasonable and practical?

Too many black men reproducing, got it. Nice to see our social and creative self expression is still society's rape kit, at least for eugencist dipshits like you.

You played that tune a little too well, Bacharach.

Invisible Fan is one of the last posters on this site who would fall under your accusation

Don't be an ass. None of us have a reason to lie to each other about our beliefs. One of the worst things I see here is a poster telling another poster, "no I know what you really believe"

Wow, you really are this petulant and ****ing stupid.

I responded to his initial post, then when he claimed it was sarcastic without actually retracting or replacing any of the very often stated stereotypes about black men, I responded just as tongue-in-cheek. Your pathetic little "educated negro" tag is just a re-hashing of your idiotic jab because you can't handle other black poisters rebutting your subliterate arguments. Tell me again how integration was more harmful to us than the Tulsa riots, or just whine about black women's hairstyles again, moron.

I was impressed with your Bacharach comment. I googled to see if it was some sort of movie or TV reference.

There are so many trickle down effects from such massive gaps in median wealth between the two races.

Think of risk tolerance and how much higher it is for a group of people who have a 1000% more wealth per household. Less fear of a bad investment leading to not being able to pay next month's rent. It stifles the ability for small business start ups also.

Anyways, I did not mean or believe in the stereotypes I posted, which is why I posted it like a dipshit. Sarcasm in words is hit or miss.

Oliver made some big macro points that override those stereotypes, which is why they're stereotypes in the first place.

I immediately knew it was sarcasm and a accurate representation of the right wing narrative on Black wealth gap with Whites.

And they wonder why they are labeled racists.

If you want to rehash those threads go search them. All you've proven with this post is you're obsessed with me because anyone who's posted here longer than me such as yourself knows Invisible Fan was being sarcastic.

    @Dairy Ashford

That no one gets your obscure references isn't a badge of honor

Being proud of it says a lot about you

When making an argument you actually should want people to understand what you're saying not try to talk above them

This is one of the most obvious examples of sarcasm I've seen online.

Also I did get the Burt Bacharach reference..

On the subject haven't had the chance to watch the piece but I'm guessing it deals with things like redlining and how black owned property prices are undervalued. These are issues that have long been considered holding black wealth generation.
