Seattle starting pitcher tonight pitched 5 no-hit innings his first start at Colorado.

 

I 've been going to sleep past midnight for weeks now. But watch, tonight I'll probably fall asleep at 11 pm in the living room watching the game and wake up in the bathtub not remembering a single thing. That's how these after hours games roll. yeay.

These games are way past his bedtime, he'll be napping in the dugout.

 

Mariners must win all the games, we take 1 game they are pretty much done chasing the Stros. They play Rays and Yanks which is harder than the Giants and Dodgers. Yuli is due to hit a HR.

 

Speaking of napping...If I start now, I should wake up before the game is over.

In what world are the Yankees and Rays better than the Giants and Dodgers?

 

The Yankees, or Rays need to keep winning, 1 will missed the playoffs. The Giants and Dodgers have built leads that they can win 1/2 of the remaning games and still make the playoffs.

 

I really don't think that's how this works. Just because the Dodgers and Giants have built a lead, it doesn't mean they're going to stop hitting and pitching their asses off. Talent trumps everything.

 

Seattle will be poised to win this series. They sweep us and they are suddenly in the conversation. They have that underdog thing going and will probably play above their heads.

Obviously, the Astros need to step up their game for this series. It’s time for the bats to get going again. Seattle is tough right now.

 

Seattle will be motivated, but will they have the talent? As a division opponent, I don't see a let down by the Astros. They've been very good playing their best ball against division opponents outside of last season which was what it was.

 

It reminds me of the efficient pitching of bugs bunny getting three strikes on a slow pitch.
