Once again, Harden failed in a close out game by failing to score a single point in last night's game six
Look Harden is one of the strongest guards in league history. It he did carry on some excess weight past 2019. His ideal most fit body was 2017-2018. He was super strong AND lean.
Kawhi was not clowned at all. And Lebron won with A SUPER TEAM. Got his first ring WITH A SUPER TEAM. Yea because again they've had A. Injury breaks. B. Great Teammates and C. weaker opponents, B and C to a much higher degree than Harden. Yea because people dont like context.
Shooting 7-20 from the field is "carrying"? Lots of players stepped up that game. Ariza shot 6-12 from the 3pt line. Dwight had 16 pts and 15 rebounds. Even Josh Smith and Corey Brewer shot well that game. That's not a carry job. That's a team win.
you could see that he was always going to develop in to a bigger bodied athlete. It is in his genes. It helps him as well, with all the contact he takes when driving
who got Ariza the ball ?................................who gets double teamed and that allows guys like Ariza open shots ? 31pts 7rebs 8asts 3stls 1blk +12 on the court.........not a bad night
You said there are facts in your post thats not a fact pure and simple. I went over your post all of those are just opinions and hypothesis which is not what you claimed of you using facts. The questions for Harden remains and will remain till he wins a ring. Basketball is a cut and dry sport only 1 team holds the trophy in the end.
Giannis was indeed right. I used to resent him so much for the smack he talked to and about Harden. Being on the inside, Giannis was in the best position to call it like he sees it, both on and off the court. Fierce competitor and when his team needed him the most, at the biggest moment, the dude PERFORMED. Much respect.
What's more important? Getting a shooter the ball or the shooter making the shot? Don't underestimate the impact of Ariza shooting so well. Harden didn't have a bad night at all, but he wasn't great. He shot poorly and had 7 turnovers. It was a team win.
??? Harden is only a career 36% 3 pt shooter. That is decent but nowhere near "perfect" for a team that aims to shoot the most 3s in history. He could still improve on that no thru practice. If he shot like Curry then you can say his gsme is not far off from being perfect.
All this proves is and people don't like talking about it............you need an ounce of luck to win titles. Harden doesn't have it, he seems cursed, whether it is a team mate getting injured or himself this year. The basketball gods just won't shine on him
There were other facts in my post that you omitted huh. You ignore things for your own convinience. Rings argument has always been stupid when evaluating players. No its really not cut and dry.
Yes it is. The money paid to players are cut and dry and the expectations are too. Franchise players gets the glory but also get the blame. Bball is a cut and dry sport whether you admit it or not.
career 36 percent for a guy who spent most of his career taking hard threes and double teamed. In a three point game plan, it probably was never going to be high. 36 percent is still pretty good. People have gotten so use to high three point percentages, that they think 36 is bad
I'd say quality of shot.............without Harden getting him great looks, he doesn't sink 6 threes. How do you not see that
Not many people shoot like Curry. Even Curry has his off nights, but he never played in a three point first system like Harden did
