    I will bet anyone a $100 that the Raptors will not trade Siakam and FVV for Lillard OR Lowry & OG for Simmons. So if either trade happens I have to pay up, if it's neither then pay me.

    If it happens, I'm down with Chad Ford's (?) proposed idea: give Detroit back its pick, + #24. That's reasonable if Cade is that much a difference maker over Green. (Not saying he is or isn't.)

    I agree. they can have their pick and 24 I guess but thats it. Id probably rather just take Green or Mobley and keep the asset.

    I can agree with the sentiment but one thing I've seen over the years: you take a star/superstar and worry about the "very good" players after.

    Again, I don't know if Cade wins this race by four furlongs or by a nose. He and his agent are smart enough to create an air of mystery that won't ruin his chances of being selected first.

    On a Pistons podcast where couple guys were spitballing, what godfather offer other teams would give (unrealistically) for the #1/cade. If Pelicans with Zion or Minny with KAT, if you're the Pistons GM, you'd do the deal (or at least take that call). KAT not a #1 on a championship team, but if faced a proven over a prospect, you take the proven.

    GMs have been tight lipped, these names floating around don't seem credible.

    Pistons local bball media are not high on Green. Not that Green is bad but Cade is a better prospect. People over there don't know how Weaver feels so by the doubts not being squashed, all these speculations. This is opposite of when Dave Griffin being asked who he draft, it was Zion and there was no doubt and no rumor of trading down.
