I dont think that the tank will be on from the opening tip of game 1. I think you have to see what you have in the younger guys and get some answers from the not quite as young guys. That probably means losses. If the losses mount then I could see a complete embrace of letting the season sink while the kids learn to swim. Questions I want answered next year: 1. Is Green/Cade/Mobley a potential franchise player or just a piece? 2. Are the other rookies potentially rotation players on a contender? 3. Is KPJ a point guard or shooting guard? Is his best roll as a starter or as primary playmaker off the bench? 4. Was Martin's shooting at the end of the season an aberration? Is he a 3 that can play some 4 or a 4 that can play some 3? 5. Is Tate a 2/3 or 3/4? 6. Is Wood capable of staying healthy at the 5? Is he improving or has be peaked? Part of plan or piece to move?
Pfff. We win game 1 and some on here will be talking about KPJ and Wood Co MVPs and wondering who we should want to meet in the finals.
