agreed…Suns are a well rounded team with multiple ways to attack the defense and multiple guys that can at least do something other than spot up three Cade can play multiple positions, playmake, score, shoot, post up, and has high BBIQ…he might not ever be a great defender, but he at least has length with his 7’1 wingspan

Fair points, but there's a lot more scenarios to the draft than to trades. With every single pick, there's probably dozens of scenarios that Stone will have to decide on within a few minutes. A lot more nerves will come to play.
Nobody has said Green is a sure thing - even the most devout fan. Injecting superlatives and hyperbole only further fuels the division IMO. Ben McLemore was on the best college team in the nation that year and benefitted from the spotlight. He was docked for being passive in his draft bio on "negative" traits and guess what? That pesky observation is what has doomed his NBA career. Most of the 2013 NBA draft flamed out other than who Giannis and Gobert? Comparing Jalen Green to Ben Mclemore is just mudslinging. I do not want to see the word "passive" when alluding to a top 3 pick. Sigh. I really, REALLY wish Jalen Green would have teamed up with Penny Hardaway in Memphis.
Yeah, and i am actually not that high on Hayes... even though a LOT of people were last year. And obviously when you're that bad, it doesn't matter who you have, take the guy you like the best. Just seems like strange to add Suggs when they just took Hayes. I like Suggs a lot, too. It's funny that this would be a good draft to have the top 4 picks all with one team magically drafting it. You could draft 4/5th of your future starting lineup lol.

Doesn’t really matter what the Rockets like or want since they aren’t picking first. The only thing that matters is Detroit’s willingness to trade the #1 pick or not take Cade. Both of those things seem HIGHLY unlikely.
