It's cool to give that sort of info for people who do not follow prospect lists or twitter handles.

 

Yup apparently we came in late to the game. Kids offer list is pretty stellar.

 

You can get all the recruits in the world, but can you inspire them and coach em up? That was Herman's downfall hardly any of them improved and he played older favorites over better younger players.

I think you just might be onto something. Don't tell the SEC.

 

Development has been a key issue going back to Mack’s days IMO. Can't pinpoint what the exact issue is but no reason why the program has been lacking in this department as it has. That being said, I am more optimistic about the staff Sark has put together vs his two predecessors. Time will tell though.

 

I just wish his first game wasn't against a decent opponent.

 

Yup that will be a big test. Unfortunately Sark is starting off with a pretty tough schedule going on the road against Arky, TCU, Iowa State, and WV. Then again, DKR hasn't provided much of a homefield advantage lately either.

 

It’s a 3:30 PM game in September so hopefully we’ll be the last team standing after Louisiana melts inside DKR.

 

Yeah, they certainly don't practice in any sort of heat and humidity in Lafayette, Louisiana.

 

Haha, I knew that remark would have less impact being directed at the Ragin' Cajuns. It's more likely that our fans will be the ones struggling.

 

Well recruiting from over the weekend certainly didn't help.

 

It's Lafayette man. It's humid there too. I get the play in a dome but they are still using to workout out and practicing outside when they have to.

If they are going to do it then this is the kind of low key design to go with.

 

Lost 2 key in-state OT prospects to Oregon, including a 5* top 15 national prospect. Also lost a really good CB prospect to Ohio State.

Sark was able to close on 2 good interior lineman prospects which was nice.

 

Sigh... well it's like we've been saying for years. If we can deliver on the field then we'll get recruits.

 

Agreed. Unfortunately we haven’t been able to prove this.

 

Wonder how many people it took to finally get the right shade of burnt orange down?

 

Well the uniforms won't match this year so people will still have something to complain about.
