I don't know about that. Steph and Klay could hit 34-39 ft shots in rapid succession if even left slightly open and it became contagious with whoever was on the floor especially Draymond and Andre. They had the ball movement going and took turns draining threes, midranges and getting easy layups.
They get tired from playing in 7 man rotations in the playoffs at ultra high intensity maybe. Lol. Especially against Golden State that moves their players off ball a lot more and forces players to fight through screens.
I don't know how people believe Giannis doesn't push off a lot on his moves. He's throwing elbows to clear space frequently. There's also the Blake Griffin special where he holds Ayton's arms down.
Says the guy without a formal education or training in that regard. It's not my fault you don't understand fundamental concepts. You can start by figuring out what a GTO and muscle spindle is. Then go through the anatomical regions we are talking about and walk your way through the origins/insertions and actions. You'll eventually realize it's all interconnected, and probably continue on with your ignorance nonetheless. Here is a link to a peer-reviewed article. I just included the link to the abstract, hopefully it's not too much for you to digest. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8963746/ The study dates back to 1996, so this information isn't exactly new. Your refusal to understand or accept it is comical.
guys like Saquan Barkley and Adrian Peterson said hi. there's definitely more and continue to be more
Oh so now you're gonna move the goalpost once you realize you are objectively wrong? Interesting... Sure, ACL injuries are quite common, and will continue to be going forward. Athletes are bigger, faster, and stronger than ever, that plays a big role. I never said you can eradicate injuries like this, but you can improve the odds. Saquon Barkley, for instance, can improve his chances of not-reinjuring his ACL this season by following certain training regimens. Those odds certainly won't ever be better than if he never tore his ACL in the first place! But they are going to better than if he didn't do any focused regimens to strengthen and further stabilize his knee joint → and therefore, his ACL. That being said, Barkley could still go out an tear his ACL game 1 of the pre-season, it wouldn't mean he didn't put himself in a better position.
There is no goal post to move. I already mentioned guys like saquan and how he’s torn his knee twice now in a previous post in this very thread
I don't think there are many people denying that. The question is whether he is egregiously "getting away with it" or not. I would say not really, from what I've watched. A lot more contact is allowed on drives to the basket, as you get closer to the rim, and he's using his natural physical attributes to take advantage of that. It is funny how these criticisms parallel the criticisms Harden received over the years (exploiting how officials call the game to one's advantage).
Yeah I mean that really sucks for him. I don't know wtf that has to do with anything. You're using one player like a drop the mic example. It makes no sense. It's like saying SURGERY DOESN'T CURE CANCER bc some patients need adjuvant chemotherapy.
I guess you missed the part where I could go on with other names and there will continue to be more And no it’s not like saying that
This is ridiculous. So your point is no training can do anything to affect the risk of ACL tear because there will still be athletes with ACL tears. A better example would be: "CANCER CAN'T BE CURED bc people still die from it" It's such a stupid argument I don't have any other words for it.
Every ignorant thing you have tried to say about ACL injuries I have objectively proven wrong. It's okay. Just tuck your tail between your legs and go home. You got caught up in a conversation about a topic with which you know very little about, got called out and corrected for it, and then retreated to throwing out non-sequiturs about Saquon Barkley and Adrian Peterson. Yes, athletes still get injured. I never argued the contrary to that.
You actually haven’t lol. You’ve posted a bunch of nonsense and did nothing to say otherwise what I posted
I don't disagree that Saquon Barkley or Adrian Peterson have torn their ACLs. I also don't disagree that athletes still get ACL injuries. I never said anything contrary to that. I disputed your idea that you can't train ligaments. It's objectively WRONG. Just because you don't cut it out of your knee, walk it over the the dumbbell rack, and let it start pumping double 100s, doesn't mean you aren't training it. You just refuse to accept it. I can't help stubbornness AND incompetence.
It isn’t wrong. You keep telling yourself that and reality will continue to tell you differently. Makes no difference to me.
