We were good enough to win it all with CP3 and Harden. The basketball gods were simply not on our side with the injuries. I hold no ill will towards CP3 so I'm happy that he's in a position to win it all. Just wish it was with us years ago.

If @DaDakota truly did call CP3 garbage, he really needs to take a year off from posting.

What's this f*ing attitude at someone who was obviously correct? After being exposed as a true dumbass which the whole international world can see -- CP3 has a very good chance to be named Finals MVP. When it's time to admit you were wrong, like it sometimes happens in life, it is a positive quality to admit it and move on, you dipshot.

So many called him garbage. Morey was correct when he said CP3's game would age well. Should have traded Harden to the Suns for Booker and a load of picks and other players and kept the winner not the whiner. I always hoped Harden would mature like Booker has but oh well. Harden has his life in Brooklyn with KD and Kyrie. They might win it next year but I won't be surprised if they never win 1. The Rockets better never trade those Nets picks that are 2024 and beyond, good chance those are top 10. All 3 players over 30 and their deals end 2023. I'd bet Harden goes to LA on his next deal.

It's not often in sports that people get so royally proved wrong. One clear instance was the Max Kellerman with his Tom Brady "Cliff Theory". After that theory that predicted Brady's game would fall off a cliff, Brady won 3 more Super Bowls.

CP3 winning Finals MVP will expose all who posted their dumbassery on this thread. I hope this thread stays at the top for a month. Comments like "Point God is for regular season only". Out of niceness I won't name the actual poster who said this, but he's all over this thread.

Chris Paul for sure leads basketball history with the number of dick grabs and nut punches he's administered. Class act!

The most epic MAGA-nificent H-town take was that Cp3 sucked because he became a vegan.

Tilman is the laughing stock of the NBA right now.

He’s been the laughing stock for years as the worst owner in the league. It definitely didn’t just start now. Many of us have said that since the end of the 17-18 season when he officially started his reign as owner and his first offseason

You’re right. Paul is just further driving home his incompetence with his current play. Tilman inherited a team a stone throw away from a title and now he’s in charge of a rebuild lol.

I imagine his name doesn’t carry much weight in NBA circles. Dude single handedly destroyed this franchise for years to come

People like myself will continue to laugh for years to come because we've already seen how he operates and what his mo's are

Yep. I get that people want to be optimistic but the future is very grim with him making the decisions. He was handed a damn near sure winner and horribly mismanaged that. Now we expect him to build a winner from scratch? LMAO.

sounds like a pretty obviously concept but we still have delusional folks who have continued to believe and gone through all the mental hoops telling themselves, that the last 3 years and counting have been winning moves and transactions led by Tilman

The only plus signing I can attribute to him is Wood…and in the grand scheme it’s not much of a plus. CF is setting themselves up for massive disappointment believing this guy can properly rebuild. We are now Sacramento level bad

that's not even much of a plus signing. The rockets are nothing but a stepping stone for Wood because they had a wide open spot for huge starter minutes. He then turns out to be injury prone when given those minutes. They're the worst team in the league. His timeline doesn't go along with a full rebuild. He'll be on his way out and won't look back if he even makes it past next year into his final year in 22-23
