She declined a $5 million dollar contract and wants $8 million (Stephen A Smith) She's not his equal in terms of generating ratings . Personally, out of all the ESPN female personalities, Mina Kimes is the smartest and most entertaining. I think she's making $400K.

Benefiting? They are no longer offering her $5M but something like $2-3M. I think it's a stretch at this stage to say Maria Taylor is working the system (playing a "race card") to get a benefit.

And she didn't necessarily leak anything. She shared the video with Taylor and that video was on ESPN's servers for many to access.
On Dan Lebatard, they definitely made it sound like it was being circled around by a lot of people at ESPN.
That was an interesting conversation it seemed Hill was being very cautious when saying anything positive about Nicholls, seems she was more worried about her brand. Amin was very frank and said some compelling things. Was really surprised that they took up so much for Taylor, it seems that was a firing offense, no matter if they were friends you don't do that **** in a workplace. That is why people suspect Taylor leaked the recording. The theory would be that the agency has chosen her and is sacrificing Nichols for the chance at a bigger contract with Taylor. Their agency is known as one that would sacrifice one of their clients for another. I believe she or her agency leaked the recording and there are people with an interest in Taylor releasing all of these bubble sex rumors.
