I think people taking offense of cultural appropriation, unless its done in a mocking fashion, is stupid AF. Shouldn't we adopt the best of every culture and celebrate diversity? The idea that you have to be born a certain color or place to be allowed to act or dress a certain way is racist by definition.

 

Breakfast tacos and margaritas wouldn't exist without Hispanics which is reason enough to let them all into the country. ;-)

 

Tinman has gone off the deep end in his old age. He's grown into the caricature he created for himself. He's like Biden, Reagan, and Trump all rolled into one.

 

I never said all old people go off the deep end. I just shown examples of people going off the deep end in their old age and compared Tinman to them.

Secondly, I readily admit I discriminate. I mostly discriminate against dumb people, but it would be impossible to force everyone to take an IQ test before they vote.

As good as it sounds, there are too many ways to rig the test. Dumb people need representation also. You wouldn't want just educated academics running everything.

However the main problem with American politics is that we actually embrace dumb candidates. For example, Jimmy Carter had a bachelors in Science for the US Naval Academy, but represented himself as a peanut farmer in order to get elected. People don't vote for you if you appear too smart.

 

kaepernick is a son of a b**** for kneeling. he should learn to show some respect for our flag and the troops. perhaps he could cut a hole in a flag and then drunkenly wear it like a poncho. then maybe trump will respect him.

 

That is only one example. There are plenty of stupid and unwise educated people, but there are more stupid and unwise uneducated people. You can lose in poker with pocket aces, but you lose more often with 2-7 off-suite.
