Ehh.. don't mind it that much. Framber can go the whole game tomorrow. Then McCullers can go 6 and maybe 1 from Pressly if necessary Save the pen, give the the guys a night off during the longest stretch of games in a row
I guess i'll watch the basketball for a couple of quarters today. 60 % of rain at 12pm tommorow. They should just play the series in a neutral ballpark here in HTX.
Looking at the schedule, there is NO WAY to squeeze in three games before the end of the season without utilising the All Star Break. The Astros only make a couple of east coast swings and Detroit is either away or already in the middle of make-up games. The best solution really is to pack up and play tomorrow in Houston. It would be different if there was a realistic chance to play ANY games in Detroit this weekend. Any postponed games will not be played at all.
Rain is something you can work around by just playing in the drizzle. But lightning is another threat entirely and thunderstorms are forecast, and not just rain. This is why my expectation of getting any games in is low.
Astros win tonight. Win 1/2 game on those A's, 2 1/2 now. Such a boring game, so lucky we have the Beastros.
You provided me with a morning's worth of fun looking up various styles of PIZZA. 1. Chicago Style - Giordanos (best pizza I've ever eaten. Worth the high price.) The only good thing in Chi*cago. 2. Detroit Style - Little Cesars (eh! What can you expect from a national chain? Too much crust.) 3. New York Style - Lombardis (worst pizza [burn't - not smoked] with the highest price point - it fits New York.) They brag about their lousy city and brag about their lousy pizza.
