Should Christian Wood be almost untouchable... or what?

  1. No, he's too fragile

  2. No, he doesn't fit our timeline

  3. He SHOULD NOT be traded.

  4. Yes, someone would have to bowl us over with an offer

If Cade, Green, and Mobley are gone so we have the 4th pick, I would do Wood, #4 pick, House for Brown and #14 pick.

The draft has more star potential than those 3, definitely so. I like brown, but giving up a no 4 for a young team is tough . Brown can be great. Not sure if tilly would spend a max on him

Or what. The injury doesn't bother me. It's the fact that he's the best player on a scrub team. His points and rebounds are fantasy until he can get them on a playoff caliber team. Then we'll know what he is. He may be infected with all kinds of bad right now. Earned an opportunity, yes, but that's bout it. Seen this situation too many times to pretend.

    Yes

Then use 14 and some combination of 23,24 and EGo to move back up into the top 10.

No , I do wanna trade Christian Wood though

I don’t want another player for him I want another lottery pick

If we were to trade him straight up for a pic what would be about the highest we could get?

Could he alone net you a top eight pick?

I think seven and up I trade him

He's 24 years old and has his best basketball ahead of him. Kinda like Harden when he was traded to the Rockets.

I think you can make a case for it, with his age and showing he could very well be special. I guess i'd put him slightly over woods who also has that potential. So then the 4>14 doesnt cover the rest, but I wouldn't be too sad bc you get good talent in Brown and all dpeends on that pick

I think this is in response to not being invited to join USA basketball team (maybe).

Early in the season I was on the "do not trade C Wood" train. Now? Ask me again after tonight's lottery. But obviously you only part with him in a smart deal that improves the overall.

I got sick of watching homers from other teams on realgm with their unrealistic trade scenarios, as if we'd hand away Christian Wood for table scraps like the child Pip giving Magwitch the stolen convict some food when threatened.

Stay healthy and carry us to top 4 seed in the playoffs and then we'll talk.
