    Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 7:30pm Central

    The Rockets have a 52.1% chance at a top-4 pick. If they don't win one of those top four spots overall, then their pick is 5th, which immediately goes to OKC in exchange for the 18th pick. OKC has swap rights (top-4 protected) with the Rockets from the Chris Paul-Russell Westbrook trade.

    So it's 1, 2, 3, 4 or 18... And it's essentially the equivalent of a coin flip to decide top-4 or #18.

    riiight. how hard would it be to broadcast or just post the video on nba.com for the actual process? for an organization that already creates thousands of hours of content per year? if these perpetually rigging fuking b****es running this league wanted actual transparency to demonstrate they’re legit, it would be very easy. same goes for announcing ref assignments before a series begins. but the rigging fuking b****es running this league won’t do any of this… because they can’t lol

    I don’t think they rig like that. I feel like they let smaller markets win the lotto more tho. Bc big markets always find ways to get free agents. So the lotto system is put in place to keep the balance equal between small markets and big markets

    small markets in lotto:
    Detroit, Orlando, OKC, Cleveland, Minny
    So my gut is 3 of these teams will be top 4 and 4th team will be some big market: like Houston, Chicago, GSW, Toronto. So that’ll be the mix of teams 3 small markets and 1 big market in the top 4. Hopefully it’s us. Gsw was rewarded last year

    Obviously we dont want 18 and that will be very tough to swallow. However, the Westbrook trade and Harden era are over and it is a sunk cost. Im able to process it a bit more optimistically because of KMJ/KPJ both having pretty high potential IMO.

    fakers/pels a couple summers ago was just ridiculous. imo congress needs to break this trash up, the NY front office brass i mean, and give the league a fresh start. new management with controls to remove the corruption
