You know damn well that if Harden was healthy, he would have killed the Bucks. The Bucks didn’t even play that well… just the Nets shot badly from the 3pt line in the last 5 games. He averaged 30 points against the Lakers whilst getting double-teamed at half-court. The year before, he averaged 33 points against the Warriors. Capela, Gordon and CP3 were nowhere to be seen for most of that series. He has the odd bad game here or there in the playoffs, but he turns up in 90% of his playoff games.
The ref bias was so blatant, KD got gifted free throws after free throws down the stretch, Lopez, and Bucks guards getting fouled but no call, Tucker got tossed for BS, but the bucks still had middleton and holiday to guard KD. The bias also made the bucks players more focused because they had to go 5 vs 8. They have a balanced team.
All things considered props to KD for 48 points and props to Harden for playing 50+ mins with the injuries. Just not good enough
