For sure it's not new, but there's no excuse for it. They have the technology to get balls and strikes correct with 100% accuracy (besides possible check swings) without it taking any additional time and they refuse to implement it. I was a pitcher, so there's almost nothing I hate more than when the umpire has no clue where the strike zone is.

How ironic is it that the same day we call up Toro... we lose breggy for multiple weeks. Hoping Toro gets most of the AB’s at 3B over Garcia- which I think is the most likely scenario.
