I'm surprised Milwaukee wasn't willing to give up Middleton and draft picks for him if that was the case. It would have been our best package.

Cp3 has been leading teams into the playoffs since he was 22

CP3 is a great playmaker, but he hasn't got the scoring power to carry a team. He does need decent support around him to make it work. But he's still a great player who is capable of going off at times.

Chris Paul had 3 winning season with the Hornets with only one season above 50 games. That 56 win team had a prime David West, Tyson Chandler, and still very good Peja. The lost in the Western conference final.

He simply impacts winning regardless if he’s not scoring 30 every single night. That’s always been who he is

"KD is arguably better scorer". What you mean by arguably? Who is arguing that? Not arguably - he is. It isn't debate for anyone except this forum. If you want to get bucket against any defense, you pick KD. He can just catch ball and shoot over anyone at better clip than Hardens setbacks. He can get ball on high post and do whatever he wants. He can attack you as a slasher... What Harden does better on offense is run pick and roll, passing and that's it. He is worse shooter, he has worse back to the basket game, he is worse at pull-ups, he is worse at creating his shot. He is better passer but he is not a floor general CP/LeBron style - get other guys going passer. He is good at passing but treats it as a bail out. Great passer doesn't average 5 turnovers in elimination games.

And on the other side of the ball KD is elite defender. Great shot blocker, rebounder, elite help defender, great on ball defense. Harden is good at strength and has quick hands - that's it. Imagine putting Harden on Kawhi and putting KD on Kawhi. See the difference? You can compare them against any top10 player in the league and results will be the same. James Harden may be good at defending Greg Monroe in the post and pad his defensive stats for idiots to believe he is good at defense

Yes its not even close - KD is better at basically everything that relates to basketball

Still refute your posting about him missing the playoffs. Which he hasn’t. He’s been there for over a decade and counting

I said he missed the playoffs or have been first round fodder by himself. The hornet teams were never a threat. Last OKC team was never a threat. He's never even been to the conference final as the "the guy"

funny how he's now in the wcf as that guy. he hasn't missed the playoffs since he was 22. the rockets were never a threat last year either. the rockets stopped being a threat the moment they dumped cp3 with picks. And now are the worst team bc of it and will be for a long time

I only remember their battles with the Spurs, and the Spurs were better.

Duncan is better than Paul, let's just be honest.

Supporting cast and coaching was better.

The MDA Suns were in the West, the late Lakers with Gasol and Kobe were in the West.

The Spurs also impeded Lebron James in his early pursuit for a championship.

    It is all connected.

U serious? They have no picks after trading for Jrue, and Middleton who has 3/114 left on his deal? That’s a horrible offer.

A decent 3rd option and role players, wow, what a group of studs.

LeBron and Durant wouldn't tolerate those cats.

I didn’t see much of the game. So, I just now looked at the box score.

Durant had a great game. Not surprising.

But, what about JEFF FREAKING GREEN!!! 27 points on 11 shots.

I am not understanding what you want to say.

Chris Paul was never a pure scorer. He gave you more on the other end with pesky D.

He only eclipsed 20 ppg couple times in his career.

David West is a decent but not great scorer himself.

You need a second or third superstar on that team.

I stopped watching around the 3rd quarter but kept reading the comments. So Harden when heroball chuckmode and almost costed KDs best heroic game. I saw the biggest Harden fans calling Harden out.

I thought Harden deserved some credit for his playmaking in the first 2 quarters.
