Once the night of the draft lottery gets here, next Tuesday June 22nd, I think thinks will start hopping again. Only then will we know the order of our first round lottery pick and whether all of the tanking was worth it. We only have a 14% chance of getting the number one overall pick. Once we get to next Tuesday night, things will begin to get interesting.
I mean, I could tell you what my psychic said, but I don't wanna spoil the surprise. Sometimes I think she is too good. If ignorance is bliss, I'm a miserable SOB. Go Rockets!
If we get the 1st pick it will blow up, or even top 4 though not as exciting. If we fall out and give our pick to OKC though...
The draft section is really just Houston Cougars/ncaa talk and since the season is over, it don't get much action.
Two reasons this subforum is dead. One, college basketball is over for the year. Two, even though this subforum is titled 2021 NBA draft, all discussion of 2021 NBA draft is taking place within GARM subforum. Maybe they should rename this subforum College Basketball?
Well, it's depressing to look at the future, even with the number two pick. And, there seems to be a predetermined consensus in the media on who the top two picks will be and in what order. And I sort of agree with that. What else is there to say?
