This only makes sense if they mean negative for fracture. A bad sprain that is bad enough for him to not return would show some signs on even x-rays.

I don't class this Nets team as a super team at all. They have 1 average center and another center that is awful. The role players are inconsistent. Harden isn't healthy. Kyrie and KD have come back from long-term injuries. This team isn't anywhere close to that Warriors team.

I don't think this Nets team will win the NBA championship. Nash isn't a good coach. Just like with the Rockets, Harden has to be the driving force and will probably be the reason they will win this year. KD and Kyrie are great scorers, but I don't think they're the same consistent performers they were.

I just fear that Harden will come back next game and he'll injure himself out of next season. Nash is in panic mode right now.

This Net's playoffs feels like it was scripted for a Disney movie. So is this now sets up Act 3 with Harden's hero return to lead the Nets to a series win?

The Nets were the New Jersey Nets and the New York Nets.

Not really an important franchise until they got some big spenders as owners.

    Nobody really cares.

All they can attempt is to buy their way to a championship. But that ain't easy.

I know you feel like you have to justify your Rockets fandom. I don’t.

One of the reasons I'm optimistic s about our picks is injuries. It's only the first year at the big 3 played like 5 games healthy. Imagine 3 years from now

KD needs a playmaker for his team to succeed…without one, it will just be him getting a tough 30 while the rest of the guys struggle

I can’t fault him or knock him if he loses to this Bucks team tho, they’re just a much better team now…Harden can do more with less than KD can, but I wouldn’t actually expect him to come close to winning a series against Milwaukee without KD and Kyrie

There is a difference between hoping someone temporarily can’t play basketball from an injury, and actually wanting someone hurt. Like in a non sports sense. It’s really not that difficult to understand. I want to see the Nets lose, in brutal fashion. I shouldn’t have to tell you why.

Harden is not coming back for this series, Nash just said there's a gap he needs to clear.

I mean all 3 have player options in 22-23. This super team had this playoffs and 1 year to figure out if they want to stick together or not.

Bucks caught a huge break this game. They made 11 threes in the first half shooting over 50% yet were barely holding onto a lead.

Had Kyrie not gotten injured this was looking like the Nets taking a commanding 3-1 lead. Bucks proceeded to shoot 1-11 from 3 in the 3rd quarter and 34% for the game as their shooting predictably cooled down.

Yet without Kyrie and Blake sitting most of the second half for some reason, the Nets were just too undermanned. We will never know, but IMO this game and the series would've been over without the kyrie injury.

Obviously the next game is huge and Kyrie and Harden's availability will be everything. If neither is available I just don't see how KD and the severely underhanded Nets can win. This isn't just a team missing two stars (which is already fatal), it'll be a team/lineup that hasn't played together more than a handful of games all year.
