There’s no way they Clippers can keep this up in a seven game series because they don’t have enough talent

Can't fall into recency bias. Teams do win some at home. Clippers here, Bucks the other day.

Not a Clipper fan, but I root for them if they up against the Jazz.

are so called '2 way players' overrated?

i mean, Clippers have two of the best and are a solidly mediocre playoff team.

"PG and Kawhi trick y’all, man, like they playing defense. They don’t guard nobody, man. They just running around, doing nothing.”

DPOY and all-NBA defensive teams are usually narrative and not stat driven. People here once wanted to trade Harden for Klay Thompson because "Klay was the best two-way guard in the league." So I'm going to go with a strong 'yes'.

Chris Paul is a two way player. Eric Gordon is a two way player.

Don't get me wrong, both Kawhi and George are top "two way players". You could argue that mouthbreathing donkey scrotum Draymond is a 2-way player. (Guys like Jokic, Durant, Trae Young, Curry will never be confused for defensive stoppers). But it takes offensive depth to win in the playoffs. It's nice to have a Draymond or Paul George or Eric Gordon, but they aren't going to carry you deep singlehandedly, they're the 2nd or third piece you need.

theres only one game of basketball, offense /defense dichotomy is false because the offense itself is the best two way player

PG stepped up big for the first time in his life for the Clippers in Game 3.

Lol Draymond is a 2 way player that he kicks your nuts and hits you somewhere else.

    That is his 2 way.

But no he is not a scorer or a shooter.

He is excellent at setting moving screens that don’t get called so that’s gotta be valuable

    Game 3 success

    Lineups
    • Clippers small lineup. Less Zubac and Cousin, more Batum at the 5.
    • More Mann
8 min game 1 road loss
1 min game 2 road loss
22 min game 3 home win
    • Lue takes Zubac out when Mitchell is in, but puts Zubac in when Mitchell sits and Joe Ingles ball handles.
    • Ingles seems like he can't abuse Zubac.
    Clippers defense
    • Double on Mitchell when he ball handles. Clippers athletic and long enough to recover, when Mitchell passes out.
    • Otherwise switch defense on Jazz (a la Rockets)
    • Jazz flustered, lack of ball movement. (lack of passing angles?)
    Clippers offense
    • Clippers role players shot well from home cooking. (i'll include PG13 since he did well in game 3:p )
    • Shoot 3's when Gobert in the game. (clippers drive & kick to 3pt line.)
    • Attack the basket when Golbert sits. In this case; Kawhi/Paul George attacking Derek Favors
    • Clippers ran more iso in game 3 than say pick n' roll (from game 1 & 2).
    Which team resembles Rockets DNA?
Other than Jazz shooting lot more threes 40-50, Clippers mid 30's. Clippers morphing into the Rockets with switch defense and ISO offense. We had Harden, they have PG13 and Kawhi who's good enough to ISO attack the Jazz.

How will surfer dude Q. Snyder respond?

Looks exactly how the Dallas series has played out thus far through 4 games. Utah should have just stayed home looking like this
