We're actually watching S2 of Fargo right now. And you're not wrong. She turned into a pretty good actress, IMO.
Saw that earlier today and I have no idea what to think, which is the case with all of Cage's recent movies.
I get sucked in every now and then by his movies. This one (bizarre as it appears) looks to at least have some decent cinematography, which should catapult it to watchable at the very least.
I was half out of it when I watched Mandy and don't remember WTF it was about, or if there was even a point to all of it, but some of those scenes were cool as hell. I just watched the trailer for Color Out of Space. I don't know how I missed that one, but it looks awesome. I'll take weird -- with hauntingly original and memorable scenes -- over recycled and familiar at this point.
Nick Cage will win another oscar for this one. The pig will win supporting actor. Seriously though; it looks interesting... looks like he needs the animal to find truffles.
It is an excellent trailer. And yeah, that's how you hunt truffles, with trained pigs. Big money in truffles, so I can understand being upset about his pig. Now I need to know the rest of the story.
It's something to be said when I great actor says **** it. He has really leaned into into the skid, I am here for that, Mandy is on my watch list.
Good finds @jiggyfly. I kind of rolled my eyes when I began watching the Tammy Faye trailer (had no idea that was Jessica Chastain), but it looks like it could be good. I say could because so many biopics are kind of meh.
Yeah I had to watch the trailer to think I would be interested not much for biopics either but I would give it a try.
