Yeah. We will have to give more than just Tucker. The more important question is, is Tilman willing to pay Robinson?

    Most likely bullshit but…

One former NBA executive spoke to NBA Analysis Network about Wall and mentioned that he has heard the Knicks have interest in potentially trading for Wall.

“The Knicks have some level of interest in John Wall. Houston would love to move him and get something of value for him. He isn’t a long-term fit for the Rockets, and if New York really wants him, they have the pieces to get a deal done. Wall isn’t their top priority this offseason, but he could be an excellent fallback option and the interest is there.”

Yep, found the bullshit (see bold text).

There is no way we will get anything in value for this guy since we're dumping his salary onto some other team.

If we get Philly's 2nd round pick from NY... I would consider that a win

Hell, I’d take Charles Smith and Herb Williams and call it even.

Knicks had too good of a year, they will reach to be better. They could do worse... His contract stinks, but John looked great last year. Needs to play on a better team so he keeps his shot-attempts in check.

It's thrilling (literally) to read that, @J.R., but the idea that we'd get, rather than have to give, something (anything!) of value to offload Wall's contract is really hard to believe. I agree that it's most likely bullshit.

Get Picks for John Wall, with Split Bad Contracts. Then try to trade both of those Contracts.

    Off-season Plans

Trade John Wall and Eric Gordon.

John Wall to Knicks for Split Contracts and Late Picks

Eric Gordon to the Mavericks for Picks.

You think we can get picks in a John Wall trade? I'm not even sure we can get picks for Eric Gordon after the terrible year he had (both health and performance). But John Wall? I'll be amazed if we can trade him for a pu pu platter of worthless guys on smaller salaries without taking back any long-term salary or having to include picks.

Offer Riley lifetime supply of hair gel for taking Wall away. He is absolute trash.

If this is true its similar to his infatuation with Juwan Howard lol

He averaged 20ppg and 7apg and looked explosive. Again, efficiency will be better when he's not having to force the issue with a better team. He's better than people want to admit, but his contract is horrendous.

I would really like to open up that playing time for virtually anyone else who could be part of the long-term plan though.

I’d like to understand why he forgot how to throw lobs. It’s basically the reason he went from averaging 10 assists per game to 7.

He is an inefficient and a low IQ player that always needs the ball in his hands.

Exactly the kind of player that you dont want to dominate the ball.

John Wall is the kind of player for teams that would be content to just make the playoffs in some odd years...a team like the Washington Wizards.

    It's not hate.

    That's the player he is.

That's the player I have witnessed playing for the Wizards, even before his injury.
